After you have logged in; on the left-hand side there is a link to "My account" clicking on this link will bring you to your account information page. at the top click on the "Edit" tab, make your changes and click save at the bottom.

After you have logged in you will notice at the bottom of most pages there is a link that says "Subscribe" clicking on this link will open a window giving you the option to subscribe only to this page or to every pages content. Check the box and click save. You will receive Email notifications whenever the page is updated.
